Olga Glioza

Having an educational background in international business and work experience in the art sphere, Olga entered into the public relations and communications industry by joining the LELO Global Marketing team in 2015. There, she worked on developing and implementing global PR campaigns, building and maintaining relationships with media, key opinion leaders, and creative collaborators. At LELO, Olga was part of the global launch team of LELO HEX — a 2017 PR campaign that won a PRWEEK Global Award in the Healthcare category.

In 2017, Olga relocated to Zagreb, Croatia, joining Unboxed Communication Agency as a senior communications specialist working across several luxury lifestyle brands with accounts including LELO, LELO HEX, INTIMINA and FOREO.

In September 2017, Olga went on to work as an independent public relations consultant. In early 2018, she co-founded G&V Public Relations with Ronny Vergara.

Working with diverse brands, Olga has experience in all stages of PR campaign creation, from brainstorming memorable campaigns to setting up curated collaborations and determining the most accurate reporting methods.

Currently based in Warsaw, Poland, Olga enjoys art, travel and finds moments of peace during yoga practice.

Ronny Vergara

Ronny began majoring in Philosophy in 2012 at the University of Havana. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree and backed by a solid academic record, he began his career as a Philosophy and Political Science professor at the University of Havana, Cuba. During this period, he also participated in various academic events related to philosophy, sociology and religion. In his academic work, Ronny focused on the representation of racial issues in Cuban media during the first half of the 20th century.

Ronny holds a degree in Philosophy and is a certified instructor at the University of Havana, Cuba. He also holds postgraduate studies in Art and Religion, Sociology, and Communications.

In 2017, after finishing one of his postgraduate degrees in communications, he retired from academic life and embarked on a new professional adventure, switching his professional focus to public relations. Endorsed by solid references and a respectable resume, his professionalism and academic training allowed him to quickly enter the PR industry. He started working his freelance PR career as an advisor for The Wine & More, a Croatia-based wine company.

Amba Munira Ballans

Amba Ballans is a dynamic individual with a passion for adventure and a diverse professional background. Their career started with event ushering gigs while pursuing a degree in Public Relations at the Ghana Institute of Journalism. Having lived in Japan for four years, they have amassed one year of focused experience in PR. Now a valuable member of the GV PR team, Amba is dedicated to honing their PR knowledge and skills, bringing a dynamic approach and boundless energy to deliver impactful client results.

Nadia Melnik

With over a decade of experience as an Affiliate Marketing Manager, Nadya initiated profitable Affiliate Programs from scratch across diverse niche markets. She successfully operated as an Account Manager within an Advertising Ad Network, collaborating closely with advertisers and affiliates.
To G&V Public Relations, Nadya brings extensive experience that spans third-party networks, in-house programs, and diverse sectors such as e-commerce, health and beauty, software, food, CBD, forex, dating, and more.
Nadya follows a three-step process in her work: personalized consultation, thorough assessment, and comprehensive affiliate program management. From understanding the brand’s unique needs to optimizing program performance, she leverages her experience to drive exceptional results.

Kristina Ivanch

A multi-faceted photographer and set designer, Kristina specializes in lifestyle and commerce product photography. Kristina has an educational background in design and fashion, holding degrees from Fine Arts College in Grodno and Polytechnic University in Lodz. Her artistic vision and skill set allow her to work with a wide array of brands, accurately transmitting their visual code. Currently based in Warsaw, Poland, when she is not producing or editing new visual content, she searches for new visual inspiration while exploring new unique destinations.

Kim Gregory

During her childhood in central Florida, Kim spent numerous hot and humid days engrossed in books, fostering a profound love for the English language. This passion ultimately guided her towards becoming an English teacher. Her journey as an editor began in the classroom, where she spent five years helping students enhance their speaking and writing skills and develop a deep appreciation for the power of words. Combining her teaching expertise with a natural flair for storytelling, she transitioned into the world of freelance copywriting and editing in early 2021.

Susan Carr

Susan has had a love affair with words since grammar school. She reads anything she can and constantly finds herself editing what she reads. After working in the book industry for two decades, Susan combined these two skills into a freelance career, allowing her to invest focused time in her family’s needs.
She’s married to the man of her dreams, has amazing adult children and one old, grumpy cat, and spends her free time tending to the plants in her Zen garden.

Holly Grace Callis

Since graduating in English Literature from Newcastle University, Holly has been a voracious reader and writer, and had to find some way to make a living out of it! Now a copywriter for G&V PR, Holly has experience working for tech brands, fashion and e-com big names, and all those other types of businesses in between.
